EPC Projects
Single-point responsibility from engineering through commissioning
ENGIC delivers EPC and EPCM scopes with a single point of contact through the execution phase — engineering, procurement, construction management, and pre-commissioning through hook-up — reducing interface risk for developers and owners.
ENGIC service evidence
ENGIC provides this service from its Singapore headquarters for project and operating-asset scopes. The current certified management-system scope includes “Provisions of Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management to all industries.” Project-specific deliverables, staffing, execution location and partner interfaces are confirmed during prequalification and proposal review.
The EPC set-up gives developers and owners a single point of contact throughout the execution phase and reduces interface and financial risk. ENGIC delivers EPC and EPCM scopes onshore and offshore, directly and in partnership with contractors, sub-contractors, and joint-venture partners.
Constructability is carried through the detailed engineering phase, and health, safety, environment, and quality management are integrated across the scope rather than bolted on.
Execution components include:
- →Project management, including subcontractor management, cost control, reporting, and follow-up
- →Detailed engineering
- →Procurement
- →Construction management, supervision, and back-up team
- →Pre-commissioning, commissioning, and hook-up
