ENGIC supports international trade and global supply relationships, but we operate responsibly.
Due to the nature of our products, industries, clients, and project environments, ENGIC does not support transactions, supply routes, counterparties, end users, vessels, projects, or jurisdictions that are restricted, sanctioned, embargoed, prohibited, or otherwise non-compliant under applicable trade, export-control, sanctions, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, anti-money-laundering, or end-user compliance requirements.
ENGIC expects all partners to comply with applicable laws, regulations, sanctions regimes, export-control requirements, customs rules, and responsible business standards.
Partners may be required to confirm:
- →Company registration and ownership information
- →Country of operation
- →Manufacturing location
- →Product origin
- →Export-control classification where applicable
- →End-user and end-use information where required
- →Sanctions and restricted-party compliance
- →Anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance
- →No involvement with prohibited jurisdictions, restricted entities, or unlawful diversion routes
- →Ability to provide accurate documentation and certificates
This protects ENGIC, our clients, our partners, and the integrity of the project supply chain.
