02Business scope

Trading, Services, and Manufacturing.

Trading covers the sourcing and supply of materials within ENGIC's scope, including valves, actuators, flanges, pipe fittings, tubulars, structural products, electrical conduits, and oilfield or drilling equipment. Services include project management, engineering and design, procurement, maintenance, and partner-facility workshop support. Manufacturing covers ENGIC-produced flanges and pipe fittings at its Vasai East, Maharashtra facility.

A product appearing in the gallery or supply portfolio is not necessarily manufactured by ENGIC. Product origin, manufacturer, scope, certification, and warranty are confirmed in the transaction documents.

03Certifications

Current certificates are the evidence.

ENGIC holds current ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certificates issued by Advanced System Assurance Pte Ltd, valid through 26 August 2028, together with bizSAFE Star recognition. Certificate numbers, scope, accreditation details, and downloadable evidence are published on the Quality & HSE page.

SAC accredits the certification body where shown on the relevant certificate; SAC does not directly certify ENGIC. A logo, badge, or summary is not a substitute for the current certificate.

04Project and client references

References describe experience, not endorsement.

Client, yard, vessel, project, brand, and facility names may identify historic or current experience, supplied scope, or a photographed environment. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, ownership, an ongoing contract, exclusivity, or permission to use their marks beyond the stated reference.

Project images are presented as ENGIC's work archive or under the permission identified. Watermarks and captions must not be removed or used to imply another party performed the work.

05Standards and technical content

Confirm the current governing specification.

References to ISO, API, ASME, ASTM, EN, IEC, NORSOK, classification-society, or other standards identify commonly encountered requirements. The relevant owners retain all rights in their standards and marks.

The project specification, applicable edition, approved deviations, datasheets, drawings, purchase order, inspection plan, and signed contract determine the actual requirement. Website summaries are not substitutes for controlled standards or professional engineering review.

06Intellectual property

ENGIC and third-party rights are reserved.

Website content is protected by applicable copyright, trade-mark, passing-off, confidentiality, database, and other laws. ENGIC reserves rights in its original content under Singapore's Copyright Act 2021 and Trade Marks Act 1998. Third-party names, marks, photographs, and documents remain subject to their owners' rights and any licence or permission granted.

07No professional advice

General content requires project-specific verification.

Nothing on the website is legal, tax, investment, safety-case, certification, classification, or project-specific engineering advice. ENGIC does not warrant that general content is complete for a particular jurisdiction, asset, pressure class, service condition, material, end use, or regulatory regime.

08Compliance

Transactions remain subject to review.

ENGIC may screen parties, ownership, vessels, banks, destinations, end users, end uses, origin, classification, and diversion risk. ENGIC may pause or decline a transaction where information is incomplete or the activity may conflict with applicable anti-bribery, sanctions, customs, export-control, anti-money-laundering, human-rights, or other legal obligations.

09Contact and service

Website contact is not formal legal service.

Messages sent through a public website form or general email address do not constitute formal service of legal proceedings, statutory notices, or contractual notices unless ENGIC has expressly agreed that method in the applicable contract or law requires it.

Accuracy and review

ENGIC takes reasonable care to keep public information current, but business, certification, legal, and project information may change. Users should request current documentary evidence for a tender, transaction, or due-diligence decision.
