Awilco terminated in June 2020 citing breach of contract; Keppel rejected the termination and commenced arbitration, claiming US$424.9M. The tribunal ruled in Keppel's favour in April 2023. ENGIC executed works valves during the live construction phase in March 2020, before termination.
