The EPC set-up gives developers and owners a single point of contact throughout the execution phase and reduces interface and financial risk. ENGIC delivers EPC and EPCM scopes onshore and offshore, directly and in partnership with contractors, sub-contractors, and joint-venture partners.

Constructability is carried through the detailed engineering phase, and health, safety, environment, and quality management are integrated across the scope rather than bolted on.

Execution components include:

- Project management, including subcontractor management, cost control, reporting, and follow-up
- Detailed engineering
- Procurement
- Construction management, supervision, and back-up team
