# How ENGIC works

> ENGIC supports clients through a practical, controlled, and project-focused process.

Whether the requirement involves engineering support, procurement, engineered product supply, manufacturing coordination, inspection documentation, logistics follow-up, asset management, or maintenance support, our approach is built around the same principle:

Understand the requirement clearly, align the technical and commercial path, coordinate the right supply or service route, control documentation, and support delivery through closeout.

Since 2009, ENGIC has worked in project environments where requirements are rarely simple. Specifications may involve multiple standards, urgent timelines, confidential scopes, approved vendor lists, inspection requirements, documentation packages, and changing site conditions.

Our process is designed to manage that complexity with discipline.

## Process

### 01 — Understand the Requirement

Review RFQs, specifications, drawings, datasheets, MTOs, service scopes, inspection requirements, delivery deadlines, and project constraints.

### 02 — Review Specifications and Standards

Multi-standard review across API, ASME, ASTM, EN, DIN, ISO, JIS, GOST, NORSOK, DNV, NACE, and client-specific requirements before sourcing or execution.

### 03 — Define the Technical and Commercial Path

Identify the most practical path — engineering support, procurement, product supply, manufacturing coordination, asset management, MMO, or a combined approach.

### 04 — Coordinate Suppliers, Manufacturers, and Internal Teams

Align internal teams, manufacturers, mills, suppliers, subcontractors, inspection agencies, logistics providers, and project stakeholders.

### 05 — Manage Documentation, Inspection, and Quality Requirements

Documentation control, inspection coordination, certification follow-up, supplier quality communication, and final document review.

### 06 — Expedite, Track, and Support Delivery

Expediting, supplier follow-up, manufacturing progress monitoring, inspection readiness tracking, logistics coordination, and delivery status reporting.

### 07 — Close Out with Records, Reporting, and Lessons Learned

Confirm delivery, final documentation, outstanding issues, reporting, lessons learned, and contract or purchase order closeout.
